Brooke prides herself in helping her clients achieve their greatest potential. She uses an eclectic approach, rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and uses this as a tool to reprocess trauma.

Her specialty includes working with sexual abuse victims, first responders, and individuals struggling with life changes. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages, races, genders, and the LGBTQ+ community.

She has extensive experience and training in the treatment and assessment of sexual offenders. As a Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider and Licensed Sex Offender Evaluator, she works alongside local probation, parole, and child protection agencies to provide treatment services to offenders that are living within our community.

She graduated with a BA in Psychology from DePaul University and received a MA in Forensic Psychology from Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Monica keeps everything organized at MOBRE Counseling. She performs intakes, bills insurance, and facilitates communication with our clients and community partners.

Monica received her BA in Family Community Services from Michigan State University.​ She went on to obtain her MSW in Forensic Social Work from Aurora University.
Lisa Bramm Rogers is an intern at Mobre with a strong academic foundation in social work. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration from Western Illinois University and is currently pursuing a Master's in Social Work with an emphasis on forensic practice at Aurora University. Lisa is trained in Thinking for a Change and Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), which she is eager to apply to her work in supporting individuals through therapeutic and rehabilitative processes. Her goal is to contribute to positive change and support individuals in overcoming challenges in the social and forensic domains.
Jennifer is a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She is an Illinois native who has worked in the school setting with children, adolescents and parents for the past 16 years. She is excited to continue to work with children but also looks forward to working with adults as well. She has experience working with anxiety, fostering relationships, depression, grief, loss and trauma. She believes in creating a safe space where trust and rapport are created. Once trust is established her clients can tell their story, gather insight as to how it has affected them and work together to create a new reality that is more fulfilling. Jennifer works eclectically to suit the needs of the individual.
Brandy graduated from Western Illinois University in 1998. After working in the field of Domestic Violence as a Legal Advocate for over a decade, she began her career as a Probation Officer, working with Domestic Violence Offenders. Returning to school for her MSW in 2020, Brandy was able to obtain her MSW from the University of Kentucky in 2023. She is currently a Field Supervisor for the Office of Pretrial Services, based in Whiteside County. She completed her internship with MOBRE Counseling and has continued her work there with both groups and individual clients on a part time basis. Her motto remains- Work hard and good things will come to you.
